Free laundry in the building, along with a communal backyard space. 10 minute walk to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Library, Brooklyn Museum, and Botanical Garden. Very family friendly neighborhood near the S, A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5, B, Q lines.

First bedroom has a queen size bed, oversized mirror, dresser, night stands, and closet unit.
Second bedroom is set up as an office with a desk, office chair, laptop stand, monitor, large daybed (it replaced the lounge chair in the current photos), and a bookcase.
Third bedroom has a full bed, dresser, mirror, and lounge chair.
Sheets and towels are provided.
Comfortable air mattress available, and the green sofa in the living room transforms into a day bed.

A very friendly cat lives here (she came with the apartment, very New York hah). If you are able to care for her (feed 2x per day, fresh water daily, clean her litter), I will give a $100 discount per week. She sleeps most of the day, but does love affection.

No outdoor shoes. Indoor slippers welcome.

I'm a post production artist, work mostly from home, and split my time between New York and California. Kitten, the resident cat, came with the apartment when I moved in 4 years ago. She loves attention, snacks, and sleeping. I am friends with my neighbors in the building and on the block, and my landlord who lives next door.
