Hi! I'm looking for someone considerate and easygoing to sublet my bedroom in a sunny two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in Frogtown this summer.

You'll have your own private bathroom, and there's a parking spot in the garage available if you have a car. The room gets great light and comes with a full-size bed, drawer and closet space. We also have a shared office space set up in the apartment, which you are more than welcome to use for your work!

The apartment overlooks the beautiful Lewis MacAdams Riverfront Park and sits right next to the LA River bike path -- perfect for morning walks, runs, or weekend rides. We're in the heart of Frogtown (borders Atwater Village and Silverlake), a peaceful, creative neighborhood filled with great spots to eat and hang. Within walking distance you'll find La Colombe, Just What I Kneaded, Spoke, Loreto, Lingua Franca, and more. All within a 10–15 minute walk! I love this neighborhood so much and have lived here for the past four years.

The apartment itself is bright and updated, with hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, modern appliances), and we have laundry in unit as well!

You’d be sharing the space with my roommate, a filmmaker in her early thirties. She's super sweet, keeps to herself and her work, and is easy to live with. It’s a calm, clean, and welcoming home -- perfect for someone looking to explore LA or needing a peaceful place to land for a while.

Utilities (electricity, internet, water, etc.) are all included in the rent: $1,750/month (will prorate rent for June). I'd also be more than happy to accommodate shorter sublets for a weekly rate of: $500/week.
