Lucy’s Flowers is looking for an experienced freelance floral designer to join our Williamsburg studio on a part-time, potentially full time ongoing basis.
This role supports event production, daily arrangements, and studio prep. Ideal for a designer who loves collaborative, detail-oriented work in a creative environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of professional floral design experience (studio or event work)
Strong sense of color, composition, and mechanics.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or with a small team.
Ability to assist with studio prep, processing flowers, and event installations.
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time / flexible schedule — typically 3–4 days per week depending on project load. Potentially full time.
Hourly pay commensurate with experience.
