We are in search of a part time dynamic, enthusiastic front desk attendant who will offer a high level of service to our tenants and be an integral part of our property management team.

Charismatic, honest, friendly, outgoing, hardworking, proactive, well spoken, energetic, with a good sense of style, and meticulous. You are the kind of person who never forgets a face and never has to be told something twice .
The position is an opportunity to learn the inner workings of New York apartment building management, office administration, and collaborative teamwork.
Your Responsibilities include:
Greet Tenants, team members, and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
Answer phone and email inquiries from Tenants in a timely and respectful manner
Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, and packages. Ensuring it is accurately logged.
Handle maintenance and logistics issues by coordinating with Supers, Operations Staff, and Tenants.
Assist in the preparation of Monthly Rent Bills and coordinate their delivery with the respective Super
Ensure that front desk space and lobby are clean and tidy at all times
Act as a liaison between tenants and any department necessary including the Leasing, Housekeeping, Vendors, Repairs/Maintenance Staff, and Accounting
Qualifications for Concierge
1+ years of previous customer service experience
Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential
Must have a service oriented mindset and be capable of making every Tenant feel valued
Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, etc
Exemplify strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
Competent working with Google suite, including Microsoft Office
Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
Ability to speak a second language is a BIG plus
Willing to work irregular shifts and weekends if needed
