A people person: You love meeting new faces, making connections, and ensuring guests leave with a smile.
A multitasker: You can juggle a busy party schedule and a bunch of walk ins and keep things running smoothly without breaking a sweat.
A positive attitude: You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do spirit to every shift.
A Team-first mentality: You know that hospitality is all about working together to create an amazing experience.
What You'll Do:
Greet guests with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that makes them feel at home from the moment they walk in.
Handle surprises with grace: Got a guest with a special request or a quirky situation? You’ll turn it into an opportunity to shine and make their experience even better.
Be the brain center of the club. The Front desk host controls everything from explaining how things work to guests, to keeping track of the waitlist and paging servers for lessons. You'll accept payments, sell merch, push the league and do it all with grace even when things get a little hectic.
Be a team player: Work together with the servers and bar staff to keep everything running smoothly while keeping the good vibes going.
