The apartment is a half block away from Greenwood Cemetery, a National Historic Landmark, and on a quiet residential street. The apartment is also a 5 minute walk from the 36th D-N-R station (takes 25 minutes to get into Manhattan).
The apartment is fully furnished with a king size bed, smart TV, wifi, kitchen (no dishwasher), and plants. The apartment has access to a private backyard with outdoor furniture, a grill, and a basketball hoop.

Rental requirements
$2,000 per month ($2,300 for the period of 2/4 - 3/10) and a $1,000 security deposit upfront (security deposit will be returned once rental period is over/only be deducted from if there is damage to apartment).
