Right on the border of Clinton Hill and Bedstuy; this cozy, quiet, and very clean prewar studio is open for sublet for most of July!

About the space: Nearby countless coffee shops, community gardens, restaurants, and walking distance from Fort Greene Park. Truly a lovely place to spend time and explore. The bed is lofted and holds one person at a time. Ceiling fan, Wifi, electric, all basic appliances, laundry next door, etc., all included. Cameras in the building entrance. I'm afraid my building does not allow any pets.

I take good care of my home and am looking for someone who can respect the space and leave no trace. You are clean, respectful, have good references, and are ideally able to meet beforehand.
