Full-Time Nanny Position - Saugerties, NY

We are looking for a full-time nanny to provide dedicated care for our 2-year-old, starting in mid-late April. Our current nanny is leaving to start her own family, and we are looking for someone warm, patient, and experienced who genuinely loves spending time with toddlers.
Schedule:
- Start Date: Mid-Late April
- Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM (some full days needed - starting at 9 AM - during school breaks and for 6 weeks during the summer)
Responsibilities:
- Pick-up from Montessori school at 11:30 AM
- Prepare and serve lunch
- Assist with nap time
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate play and activities
- Ensure a safe, loving, and nurturing environment
- Communicate daily with parents about routines and child’s needs
- Tidying related to childcare (toys, meals, etc.) and laundry
Requirements:
- Prior experience caring for toddlers (experience with infants a plus)
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Warm, patient, and energetic personality
- Understanding of child development and engaging activities
- Comfortable with dogs
- Flexibility for occasional evenings or travel preferred

About Us
Our family is located in a quiet wooded area in West Saugerties, NY. We have a 2-year-old son as well as a small, friendly goldendoodle. Both my partner and I work from home most days with weekly or bi-weekly trips into the city. We are seeking a caring, patient, experienced nanny to join our family and provide dedicated care for our 2-year-old. This is a long-term position, replacing our wonderful nanny who is leaving to start her own family.
