A place to rest, create, become inspired and focus on a quiet street in the middle of one of the most popping and fun neighborhoods in Manhattan, the East Village!

This is a very cute, comfy and CLEAN studio apartment on the fifth floor of an elevator building, designed to be a place to focus, get creative, and of course to rest comfortably. There is intentionally no TV, so as not to feel that constant pull to distract yourself, however there is a great projector for when you need a movie night or to find inspiration or research on Youtube and whatnot.

The place is consciously furnished with great attention to detail, sustainability and materials. The Queen size bed features an all organic Avocado Mattress made of organic and only natural materials. The fluffy sheets and towels are all 100% cotton, and the rugs are only made of wool, jute or cotton! You won't be coming into contact with any artificial, plastic and man-made hormone disrupting materials here. I believe in health and sustainability as a priority and will always choose to pay for quality products. This comes with the pleasant side effect of living in luxurious comfort :)

The apartment is quiet and has tons of sunlight! There are also blackout blinds on the windows if ever needed to sleep in.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook and eat, comes stocked with Organic coffee, and has in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and freezer. I also have natural eco-friendly laundry and dish detergent and cleaning products.

The bathroom has a bathtub and shower with a built-in water filter shower head for beautiful soft water, chemical free showers that make your hair and skin soft and happy. I also have natural shampoo, conditioner and castille soap.

I have a few beautiful air-cleaning plants in the apartment which will need a bit of water once a week or so :)

You'll be staying in The East Village, known for its happening nightlife, old-school bars, music venues, and performance spaces that share the streets with posh cocktail lounges and hip restaurants. Day time sees a more laid-back crowd browsing boutiques, vintage shops and tattoo parlors, and dining at casual cafes. Once the epicenter of the city's punk scene, St. Mark's Place now features of-the-moment fast-food eateries and souvenir shops.
You are basically walking distance from all of Manhattan here. I walk everywhere, I love it.
There are also subway stations, buses and Citibikes all within a few blocks!
