Looking for someone to take over our furnished 1br apartment in prime Williamsburg while my girlfriend and I are traveling out of the country starting right away. MINIMUM 2 MONTHS but ideally 4-5 months. May 1st - August 31st or September 30th. Move in available as early as April 23rd.

The entire apartment is yours. It's small, but an incredible location and very comfortable. I have a friend in the area if you ever need assistance and building has a good superintendent that also lives in the area. Video link below.
Price includes all utilities and high speed internet.
Note, There is no stovetop/oven. Just hot plates, pressure cooker, and small convection oven. Works to cook small dinners etc.

1st months rent and 1/2 month security deposit required. Must be willing to do a credit check and show proof of income per owners request.
