About This Lister

You would be sharing the apartment with two easygoing, respectful roommates who have both called this place home for many years.

I’ve lived here for 17 years and it’s truly a space I care about keeping clean, calm, and welcoming. I work in hospitality and also perform regularly in the city with an ongoing show. I’m an early gym-goer and tend to keep a pretty structured routine during the week, usually early to bed Monday–Friday. I also spend some time at home practicing singing and preparing for auditions and my show. I am always mindful of keeping things respectful of shared space and volume.

The other roommate has been part of the apartment on and off for about 15 years. He studied acting in college and now works in hospitality and production. He’s typically around during the day, occasionally at night, and also spends time at his girlfriend’s place.

Overall, the apartment has a relaxed, respectful, and calm energy. We’re friendly and communicative but everyone also values their own space and independence. It’s a great fit for someone who appreciates a clean, peaceful home environment while living in the city.
