Apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom in Central Harlem, across from a large park & gets amazing light because it has tons of windows (windows in every room of the apt). Apartment is 20mins to Midtown & 30mins to Downtown.

Apartment shared with me, another gal in their 30s, and my small shih tzu dog. We're working professionals, upbeat & friendly, but fairly quiet to live with. We have a super peaceful & clean environment in our apartment that's important to us that we maintain.

Looking for a subleaser similar to us who is conscientious, responsible, extremely clean/neat, & has great co-habitation communication skills. Individuals preferred who are non-smoking, & experienced with small dogs (since I have a shih tzu 🐾).

My roommate and I are both females in our 30s. I'm a professional ballerina and have a side private reiki practice. My roommate is a Broadway seamstress/costumer. I'd describe us as getting along great, being motivated, quiet but upbeat, and mindful/respectful of each other, as well as, enjoying keeping the apt well kept. I own a small Hypo-allergic (I am allergic to most dogs) Shih Tzu. He is older, so he's pretty calm, quiet, and sweet. He mostly stays in my private bedroom and the shared living room.
