(Happy to send pictures of laundry, trash disposal and gym in the basement. I can’t fit them because of photo limits! We can also discuss an earlier move in date if that is preferable!)

Please note that though the apartment is fully furnished, any furniture that you would like removed can be moved out of the unit (with prior discussion) and stored.

I have lived in NYC for nearly 7 years. I’m a big Prince fan, and I currently work in film! I’m preparing to move to LA for a year, and I want someone to take over my space for the time being that I can trust to do well by my spot.
