This apartment is free from 12/19 - 1/24. I am open to renting on a weekly basis. A week is $1,000 per week.

This is a cozy, charming apartment good for up to four people. There are two bedrooms: One with a queen mattress, the other with a desk (it's my home office) and a twin size bed that can unstack into two if needed. If you need some closet or drawer space cleared out, that can be arranged.

The kitchen comes with a dishwasher and you can use the pots, pans, dishes and silverware. The microwave has some surface damage but is fully functional.

The bathroom is cute and has a full tub that's great for baths (though it takes some time to fill).

The rental includes all utilities, including high speed internet, access to many streaming services, air conditioning and heat. Tenants are welcome to read any of the books in the apartment during their stay.

This apartment is on the top floor of the building and has minimal noise and great light from south facing windows. The building has an elevator, as well as laundry in the building (there's a card you can load and use).

My apartment is located in Bedford Stuyvesant by the lovely Herbert Von King Park. There's easy access to a bunch of bus lines to get around Brooklyn, and is 12 minutes away from the G Train and 20 minutes away from the C, J or M trains for easy access to Manhattan. Street parking is very easy over here. There are many cute bars and restaurants, including Sonbul Cafe and Restaurant, Mary's Coffee and Coyote Club all within 5 minutes of the apartment. There's so much to explore!

Pets are allowed at any size, but you must be respectful of the common spaces, such as the roof, and make sure you clean up after your pet and inform of any damage caused by the pet.

Hi! I'm Everdeen (She/Her), and I live in Brooklyn with my Husky, Cola. I love reading, playing all kinds of games, and spending time shopping, eating and seeing art with my friends.

I'm not a neat freak - I'm a maximalist and have a lot of color and clutter - but I keep my place hygienic. I also think it's important to have a place where my community can feel comfy, so I often host parties, dinners and visitors here. I'm friends with my neighbors, and we often host things together.

I'll be traveling for six weeks this winter, and would love to rent out my place while I'm gone. It's too cute to sit empty!
