To ensure a smooth and mutually comfortable experience, my requirements are straightforward. I am looking for a responsible, clean, and respectful individual or couple.
Financial Requirements:
First month’s rent ($5,400) and a refundable security deposit of $1,000 are required upfront to secure the dates. The deposit will be fully returned to you at the end of your stay, provided the apartment and furniture are left in good condition.
No broker fee and no building application fees!
Verification:
A brief introductory video call (FaceTime/Zoom) to ensure we are a good fit.
Proof of income, a LinkedIn profile just to verify your identity and reason for staying in NYC.
House Rules:
No smoking of any kind inside the apartment.
Please be mindful of the neighbors—this is a very quiet, residential building, so no loud parties.
