No pets, sorry. Linens, dishes and kitchen equipment are included. A few pieces of furniture have been replaced.

We're a retired Seattle couple (former technical writer and French/Spanish interpreter). We like travel, puzzles, writing, filmmaking, and cooking. Our children live in Brooklyn so we spend part of the year here. (Our daughter and her family live a block away and can help in case of emergency.)
