Hi! I am subletting my furnished bedroom for December 1-26 in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn. It's $1250 a month + utilities (~100 a month). You would have a bed, desk, dresser, and your OWN bathroom. The apartment is a walk-up apartment on the second floor and has hardwood floors, a washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit, and full kitchen/appliance access!

You would be living off the Franklin C/Nostrand A on Fulton St, a busy/walkable street with lots of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores nearby. You would live with two qtbipoc roomies who are working professionals in their early-mid 20s, clean (i.e. weekly chore chart), respectful, COVID conscious, value direct communication, and support a free Palestine.
