It's a quiet building on a quiet block in an otherwise vibrant neighborhood -- 1 block from the Brooklyn Museum, a 10-minute walk to Grand Army Plaza/Prospect Park/Brooklyn Library, and many subway options nearby (2, 3, 4, 5, B, Q). Lots of options for cafes, bars, restaurants, and a few supermarket options all within walking distance! There is one bathroom that will be shared. The building does not allow pets.

I'm looking for a subletter who is clean, respectful, and will preserve the apartment as a peaceful and restful home throughout the week. Ideal term is 2 months or more.
