I'm looking for someone to take my room between April - Mid May while I'm traveling. The apartment is in Prime North Williamsburg area, 10 minutes from Bedford Station/L or Marcy (J/M train). We have a fully furnished living room, actual dining room and a full kitchen if you like to cook.

The room itself is spacious for NY standards with a big window and lots of sunlight. It comes with a queen sized bed, fan, and heater. It includes a large desk and a curved monitor for folks that need to work.

You'll be living with one other roommate who is mostly out of the apartment and goes into the office during the day. There is also a cat in the apartment. His name is Funes and he is quite friendly, but keeps to himself if you don't pay him attention.

The neighborhood is vibrant and has a lot of restaurants and bars nearby and you can easily walk to Domino or McCarren Park.

We keep the apartment neat and clean. A cleaner comes at least once a month. The bedsheets are regularly changed / washed.
