I am subletting a room in my beautiful 3 bed 1 bath Williamsburg apartment for Feb (open to longer if we are a good fit) My apartment takes up the entire top floor of a two story building and is super spacious with lots of natural light. Just a few blocks from Domino Park and a 5 minute walk from the Bedford L train, 10 mins to the Marcy JMZ. I have put a lot of time and love into the space to make it a relaxing and tranquil escape in the middle of the busy City.

I’m a 36 year old hairstylist born and raised in Manhattan. I am very clean and my apartment has a very minimal and peaceful energy. I’ve lived in this apartment for 3 years and have never loved a space & location more.
I am very clean and responsible and am looking for the same in a housemate. I would love to share the space with a female (open to male as well) who is respectful and caring of their surroundings. Must like dogs as I have a 2 year old long hair Chihuahua named Phantom who is a total sweetheart.

I am looking to sublet the furnished room on a month to month basis and if we are a good fit this can definitely be a longer term situation.
