Walk up on second floor. Two windows in room with security gates, fan and AC unit. Privacy curtains separating common hallway and kitchen. Building two blocks from J/M trains and several bus lines. Laundry and 24 hour delis nearby as well as restaurants, bars and music venues. Lively neighborhood that can be loud on weekends, but often quiet.

My roommate is a chef that is usually working or keeping to himself or hanging with his partner here or at her apartment. He has a friendly but shy cat. We are 420 friendly and generally introverted but tolerant. Generally clean in common spaces but not extremely uptight.

If you like to cook, there is a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes, microwave, mixer, blender and other various kitchen tools.

I will be traveling through March and April, possibly longer, and looking for someone prepared to leave upon my return. The room can be available mid February or the beginning of March depending on your interest. Asking for 1100 per month including utilities.
