Less than a 10 minute walk to scenic Verrazano bridge boardwalk (Shore Road Promenade Scenic Lookout) and is in close vicinity to other parks.

Public transportation nearby - 2 min from R line-direct train to Manhattan, and several buses, including express buses X17 and X28.

Apartment is fully furnished with all household and kitchen gadgets for common use. First month's rent due at the time of move-in (rent inclusive of utilities) along with a $950 security deposit. The rent includes utilities (heating, a/c internet, electricity, and gas). I’m a female, originally from India, working in the education field at a university in New York.
