Rent for the room and office space is $1300. Utilities, household supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc. and monthly cleaning are $260 monthly.). Great for someone who works from home or needs space for a creative practice.

We busy young adults with active lives. At home we keep a clean quiet place to relax, sleep, and work on creative pursuits. We clean up the common areas after ourselves and also have a house cleaner come every month.

One roommate is a busy manager working at her bar, and another new roommate is joining us June 1 (woking on signing sublet agreement currently).

The apartment is converted warehouse and has a classic loft layout with an open concept living room-kitchen and tall ceilings.

The bathroom has a waterfall shower and a deep soaking tub. An in-unit washer and dryer are convenient as you don't have to carry laundry up and down the 4 flights of stairs. It's a walk-up!

The apartment also has a rooftop, courtyard, and bike storage area.

The furnished bedroom has a full size Murphy bed that can fold up during the day to make more open space. It is on the interior of the building and lets in light from the living room through a window, but there are no windows to the outside. The living room is also on the interior of the building and light filters in through the windows and doors of the other two bedrooms. The office-studio is located next to the room and can come furnished with a desk, drafting table, and chair, or as an empty blank slate.

Note that we can re-furnish some things with your input for a setup that makes more sense for the space since the room currently has a desk in it which is no longer needed, given that it now comes with a studio.
