Possible to take over the household management for a discount on the monthly charge.

We are three busy adults with active lives. At home we keep a clean quiet place to relax, sleep, and work on creative pursuits. We clean up the common areas after ourselves and also have a house cleaner come every month.

One roommate is a busy manager working at her bar, another is a bartender, probably leaving New York soon and a friend of his is moving in. But if not we'll have a second room available for rent.

The apartment is converted warehouse and has a classic loft layout with an open concept living room-kitchen and tall ceilings.

The bathroom has a waterfall shower and a deep soaking tub. An in-unit washer and dryer are convenient as you don't have to carry laundry up and down the 4 flights of stairs. It's a walk-up!

The furnished bedroom has a full size Murphy bed that can fold up during the day to make more open space. It is on the interior of the building and lets in light from the living room through a window, but there are no windows to the outside. The living room is also on the interior of the building and light filters in through the windows and doors of the other two bedrooms. The studio is located next to the room and can come furnished with a desk, drafting table, and chair, or as an empty blank slate. It it not set up for oil painting or anything with toxic fumes that would need ventilation.

About This Lister

Currently two bartenders live here full-time and we're looking for a third to compliment the mix. If you have a day job working from home you'd have the place to yourself, or if you prefer a place with other bartenders that could work out great too.
