My partner Dan and I are both in our early 30s and are part time students at USC/UCLA while working full time in engineering and non profit management. I will be away for the summer for work, so Dan will be the only one residing at house. He will also be traveling for a lot of the summer so you'd likely have the home to yourself for a lot of time!

2. Initial call to make sure its a mutual good fit, answer any questions you may have + a video tour via facetime/zoom.

4. Sign sublease + provide last months rent as security deposit
