We are looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible person to sublet our beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment for 4 months from November 15th to March 15th. There may be an option to renew afterward, but that would need to be agreed upon before the sublet ends.

We absolutely love this apartment. It’s full of light, good energy, and friendly neighbors. The space will be furnished (comfy couch, accent chairs and bed, kitchen and dining tables, TV with streaming apps, Bluetooth speakers). The kitchen is spacious with a dishwasher and microwave. Please note that we will not leave any food in the cabinets so you’ll have to get your own. Kitchen essentials like plates, glasses, pans etc. will be provided.

We have a water dispenser that you are more than welcome to use but you have to get your own bottles at the supermarket.

The bathroom has a soaking tub that’s perfect for bubble baths. There’s central A/C and screen doors on both the terrace and balcony for enjoying fresh air without bugs.

☀️ The apartment gets lots of natural light and has both a private balcony and access to a shared terrace with my amazing neighbors. All the furniture, tent, lights and BBQ are ours.

🛏️ The office room doesn’t have a bed but if you need one you are more than welcome to bring your own. The room comfortably fits a queen size bed although a full will probably be better space wise. You would just have to take it with you when you leave. We were thinking of buying a Murphy bed in the future so if you get one we would be open to buy it from you.

The primary room has a Queen size bed, a spacious closet, a dresser and a clothes rack.

There are two closets in the apartment and a cabinet to use as a pantry or storage space.

🚇 Location:
A few blocks from the Seneca M stop and about 10 minutes from the DeKalb L stop. There’s a B38 bus stop right across the street. Ridgewood is an awesome, affordable neighborhood with everything you need nearby: laundromats, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, parks, and even some of NYC’s best hidden gems for nightlife.

💡 Utilities:
Not included, but all bills are under our name. Bills vary a bit depending on the season. You’ll be paying those bills to us along your rent on the 1st of every month. We’ll provide you with receipts so you can see the amounts.

Overall, this home has a friendly, calm, and positive vibe. We are happy to share our space and belongings as long as everything is treated with care and respect. This apartment is not an option for people that want to bring the party home.
