Hi! Our home is available to sublet while we are temporarily in California. Available starting Oct 12 for three-month sublet (not a lease takeover. Flexible on dates) for a furnished spacious 2 BD 2 BA apartment on the 7th floor. Ideal for a couple, manageable for two roommates.

Deposit is $3165, so to secure the apt we will need first month rent + security deposit. The apt includes in-unit washer dryer, dishwasher, private balcony with patio furniture (great place to view the sunset, work from, and enjoy breakfast!), and elevator building with gym, intercom, shared rooftop.

The second bedroom is currently an office with a futon. We have a tempurpedic mattress pad for the futon as an option for a ~ great night of sleep.

Location: Flatbush/Prospect Lefferts Garden on Caton & Bedford. Close to B/Q/2/5 subways. 20-30 minutes to Manhattan. 15 min walk to Prospect Park. Vibrant historical Caribbean neighborhood, with several hidden gems, restaurants and bars in the area. 3 grocery stores within 3 blocks.
