High-speed Wi-Fi, Apple TV in the living room, and a smaller TV with Roku in the bedroom.
Radiator heating (old building, so the temperature is warm, but you can’t adjust the heat).
Humidifier and air purifier available for added comfort.
Shower (no bathtub).
Located on the second floor (walk-up).
Less than a 1-minute walk to the Grand St. L train stop (15 min to Union Square).
Walkable to both Graham St. and Montrose Ave. stations on the L train.
Laundromat across the street and a supermarket a few doors away—a truly convenient spot.

The building is quiet, and the other residents are long-timers who are all very quiet, so I’m looking for someone who will also be respectful and low-key.

I’m an artist (she/her) currently in Japan and looking to sublet my one-bedroom apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where I’ve lived for over two decades. The apartment is clean, bright, and full of character, with plenty of natural light and thoughtful touches throughout. I’ve put a lot of care into making it a comfortable and welcoming space. From the cozy living area to the well-equipped kitchen, it’s a place that’s easy to relax in or get creative. I’m searching for someone who will appreciate and care for the space as much as I do.
