The kitchen stays light and the bedroom is dark. Hardwood floors and pretty rugs from my travels around the world. Lux linens and towels, ABC Home furnishings here and there. Couple pieces from Hay. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. Ground level.
I always have extra fresh linens and towels; percale, Egyptian cotton.

I am located right by McGolrick Park and their farmer market is on Sunday. Also conveniently wedged between two coffee shops. L + G trains 10 mins away.
2 wine bars a stones throw away, a supermarket just around the corner, plentiful markets and bodegas, a Syrian, Korean and pizza joint all within 5 minutes by foot. A new French place that is said to be quite nice...
*Some notes on photos:
-There is a brand new rug as of April 2024, the sheepskin patchwork one : image 4
-The bedroom has a day and a night shot, one has a newer rug and one photo just shows the raw floor
-The Guatemalen tapestry (in the bedroom photo) covers French doors which close off a private storage space from the rest of the apartment.

I am a running a boutique studio of digital artists who work from all over the world. I am a steward of community wherever I stay long enough. I also have a lot of experience renting out my place. I've been doing it for 10 years: I am also pretty laid back about it all and find joy in sharing my special apartment with special people.
