My co-homeowners and I recently completed significant repairs to the building, and we'd like to try offering it as a place to stay for visitors to New Orleans this spring.

The furnished studio apartment has high ceilings and good natural light with a lofted queen bed, a pullout sofa, a full kitchen with dishwasher, a full bathroom, A/C and heat, ceiling fan, storage, wifi. Washer & dryer available.
Sleeps 3-4 people.
Outdoor table and chairs available in our shared backyard, surrounded by plants and trees.

Right near Elysian Fields Ave and St. Claude Ave, the cottage is a short walk to the French Quarter, Frenchman Street, grocery stores, bars, restaurants & cafes, and the best downtown parades. Multiple bus lines & streetcar two blocks away.

You can immerse yourself in the city and easily come back to rest and recharge.
