Bright and beautiful 2 bed/1 bath fully furnished apartment for sublet February 16-25 for $680, including utilities and an off street parking space. No pets allowed as this spot comes with two very sweet cats, Misha and Cupid.

One of the bedrooms is currently set up as an office space (see pics). The apartment contains essentials (and more!), such as: washer/dryer, AC, dishwasher, TV, toaster oven, electric kettle, shower and bathtub, extremely comfy living room couch, and more. You might also enjoy the private front yard - fancy a relaxing morning coffee while gazing upon the passionfruit vine and listening to the birds? The spacious backyard is shared with my lovely building neighbors. There are four units and, while we don’t see one another often, we are a friendly bunch who enjoys the occasional backyard hang.

You will be in a prime location for walking to cafes, grocery stores, public transport (bus and metro), indie movie theater, renowned Skylight bookstore, bars, and many shops on Sunset, Hillhurst, Vermont, and Virgil Village. If you really like to walk/hike you can take a jaunt to Griffith Park. Downtown is a 15-minute drive.

I’m pricing this low because I know that two cats, while terrific and cuddly (you honestly couldn’t find more wonderful cat roommates), do require daily tending. They are fed dry food once in the morning and once in the evening and I clean their litter box ~1x/day (or whenever they happen to let loose a rogue stinky in the box).

In terms of accessibility, there is a gravel path leading from the back gate (where the off-street parking is located) to the backdoor of the apartment. There are two steps leading up to the backdoor. There are hardwood floors throughout, with a single rug in the living room area. There are several steps leading to the front door. Please feel free to ask specific questions about accessibility.
