We have access to a lush private deck and a chill sunlit rooftop. Close to multiple gyms, loads of world class restaurants, quirky cafes, and a 20 minute walk to Prospect Park.
About This Lister
Two queer artists currently live in the house. One is a DJ/sculptor often touring, and the other is an author, organizer, and theater maker, also busy.
Preferring to maintain a friendly vibe with plenty of solo time to decompress. Housemate vibe is loving and we share conversations when we can, but everyone does their own thing. Clean respectful home space is vital.

If you don’t have this, there is the possibility of subleasing the room for the same period and signing a sublet contract with a one month rent security deposit. Ending this agreement requires 1 month advance notice.
