I have been renting this room as a vacation rental for years, but next year I will be traveling a lot so prefer to have more stability. I am an artist who has been teaching at a private school nearby for the past 36 years, and will be taking a leave of absence to make art in residency. I raised both my boys in this lovely home.

This apartment is two blocks from Brooklyn Bridge Park. Transportation options are ample, as are restaurants and shops. Life here is good!

I am an artist who has been teaching art at a nearby private school for the past 36 years. I am also a real estate broker with Corcoran. Next year I will be traveling a lot to make art in residency.

I raised both of my boys in this home. The older son lives and works in San Francisco, and the younger is studying structural engineering at UCSD. He will probably be back for a few weeks in summer for an internship with an architectural engineering firm.

I keep an immaculately clean home, which is professionally cleaned once a week by my lovely cleaner. I care about having a housemate who respects a lovely, tidy environment.

I am vegetarian and cook healthy food. I work out regularly at the Lifetime gym, which is only two blocks away. I also practice yoga. I tend to go to bed early, and wake early and live a quiet, hard working lifestyle.

I am easy going and care about good energy in the home.
