Come join me in my beautiful Inman Square apartment. I've lived here the last 4 years and my roommate is moving out next month! It's a 3-bedroom with the third bedroom serving as an office/storage room.

You: In the apt, you will have your own spacious bedroom with closet. Room can come partially furnished if desired, including bookcase, rug, chair, and lamp. You have your own schedule - perhaps a few days a week working at an office/post doc/in grad school, spend time at home and also outside the apartment with friends etc, are in your 30s and down to be in a tidy space.

Me: 37 yr old woman, working professional, work from home several days a week. Down to chat and catch up, and also have my own routines and plans. Care about issues of social justice, love yoga and the outdoors. Vegetarian. Would prefer a vegetarian roommate, but also can be flexible!

The apartment is fully furnished and the entire third floor of a triple decker in Somerville tucked between Inman Sq, Union Sq, Dali "square" - aka Dali Restaurant, Broadsheet Coffee, Wine and Cheese Cask, and Lincoln Park. The living room is sun kissed with a large couch and TV set up, while the dining room has a built in light-up bar and art decor. The bathroom is shared and spacious.

I have one very sweet adult cat, who mainly keeps to herself but may also come find you in the living room. Her bathroom area is in the third small bedroom of the apartment, which is kept very clean (and smell free!), and is split by a makeshift wall between a shareable office/large storage space and her bathroom area.

There is a large back porch fully furnished and with lights! Gets great sunsets.

Looking to fill for August 1, but will be available after July 1.

Rent is $1400. Which includes your own room and closet, access to the entire furnished apartment and porch, as well as *in-unit* very modern washer and dryer. Utilities typically come to $75-150 per month with split, but do vary slightly with seasonal use of appliances and seasons. AC window unit available if interested for use in the bedroom. Parking is available on the street with a Somerville pass ($40) and is typically very easy to find right outside the apartment or nearby. There is a TON of storage space in the basement, including room for your bike/boxes/etc. And very friendly neighbors in the first and second floor units!
