It's a large 6-rm (kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom & office) with river views. Convenient to both Columbia and the Upper West Side, plus easy access to West Side Hwy. Calm, quiet, beautiful, neighborly. It'd be great for a person looking for focus, or wanting to have a retreat from the crazier parts of the city. You must be able to keep it neat, and a few other details that we can talk about. Reasonable on-street parking. Close to restaurants, gyms, services, bike paths, gorgeous parks and subway lines. Downtown via express train to, say, West 4th St, is about 30 minutes. Price includes all basic utilities, including internet.
