My landlords are a super sweet older couple who take really good care of the property and who are super available if something is needed such as a basic repair or something like that.

Please Note: There are some stairs that go down to the apartment and then again some stairs that go down into the bathroom and bedroom so this is unfortunately not ADA compliant or very accessible to someone with a physical disability.

$2000/month + utilities (electric and gas only based on usage)

I'm a health conscious and active single man (divorced) with no kids and I mostly live in Miami Beach and this apartment is my second home that I use when I'm in NY and I like to sublet it when I'm not using it.
I'm a manual therapist and a holistic health practitioner so I live a pretty healthy and balanced lifestyle. I love spending time with my family and with my nephews and nieces.
What I love about this space is that it's super peaceful, clean, and it's a great place I can use to be focused in my online work as well as a place I can rest when I'm not commuting to Manhattan to see clients.
