The apartment is a bungalow +fourplex style building and this unit is the best in it's entirety. Second floor, no one above you, no walls shared!

The bedroom is sun-soaked with a giant skylight above the bed (watch the moon at night if you like) -- there is a cover if you would prefer to cover it. The bedroom also leads out to a large private deck.

The kitchen is HUGE. This is a chef's kitchen with multiple surfaces. Appliances include Nespresso, Vitamix, Air-fryer, Pour over coffee kettle, Smeg appliances, Juicer, microwave, oven, and others. You are fully equipped.

Living room is sun-soaked. New furniture, a fireplace which is nice in the fall/winter and a large dining table with extension.

The office features a large desk with whiteboard. A Schwinn cycling bike, television, a printer, and books.

The building features a laundry machine, there is 1 parking spot in the back, and it is well-kept as the on duty apartment manager is a landscaper, which means the garden is a paradise.

Location: You can't beat this. You are half a block from Sunset Blvd. 2 blocks from Crescent Heights going up to Laurel Canyon Road. There is a Trader Joes, Crunch Gym, Urgent Care, Starbucks, and Movie Theatre half a block (on our street!). Enjoy comedy at the famous Laugh Factory a block away or walk over to the famous Chateau Marmont for a cocktail in the evening.

A few things I'm looking for in a subletter:
- No smoking (it's not only strictly prohibited by my bldg and the City of Weho, but I also have asthma. If you smoke, any type, this is not for you.)
- No parties (small dinner party is fine)

I work in TV/Film and I've lived in this amazing space for almost a decade. I've been traveling to NYC a lot the last year for work and so need someone to take my place in the meantime. I love design and have spent a lot of time making things special in my place.
