Hi I am Ian, artist based in brooklyn. I have been using this place for about an year and had so much great time. Now I am planning to move my base in overseas at the moment.

I really love this studio and I want to find someone who can also put good use of the studio. There is share area which is a wonderful wood shop ( nice to make panels, sculptures, furniture) before entering private studios.

(About our owner - I'm a painter and sculptor, often working with wood. I've rented the studio since fall of 2020 and really appreciated the space, and perks of the building, as well as the wood shop. The location is super convenient as well. There are 8 other studios on the floor- those folks are all respectful and cooperative when I see them (which is not often). Sharing the shop has never been an issue either. Sub-letter should be similarly cooperative, keep noise at a reasonable level, and respect the space and shared shop & tools.)
