Join us at Parkside Studios! We are looking to rent a studio space that will be available starting May 1st, 2026.

Parkside Studios #2 is located on the second floor of a small building, and is divided into six work spaces. The available private studio is located in the back of these spaces. It has two large walls and a window that gets great light. There is a shared restroom with a sink and toilet. The other studios are currently occupied by a photographer, fashion designer and three painters. The studios have 24 hour access.

The building is located in Flatbush / Prospect Lefferts Gardens, directly across from the Parkside Avenue Q Station and Prospect Park (on Parkside Avenue). There is a short straight stairway that goes from the street to the studios on the second floor.

The studio space available is ideal for all types of art production except for the use of toxic materials and heavy wood cutting or fabrication. This space was occupied by a TV Screenwriter for the past 8 years.

Parkside Studios is a community of sorts, as there are more studios in the adjoining buildings (Parkside Studios #1 and #3) that includes an illustrator, another fashion designer, two writers/editors, painters and a performance artist. Everyone lives in the neighborhood.
