My partner and I are staying with family while I recover from ACL surgery, we’d love if someone stayed in our greenpoint 1 bed apartment. We love our space and hope someone gets to enjoy it :) Our dates are fairly flexible, we’d love the option to be back around mid march so we will work together with whoever is interested in staying.

The apartment is located on Franklin Street, the closest cross street is Green. 4th floor walkup. Closest subway is the G on Greenpoint Ave, entrance via India street. We take the ferry on India street quite often too.

The apartment itself has great sized rooms: Kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom. Ideal for one person or a couple. The kitchen is fully stocked, we like to cook a lot. There's a queen sized bed and a modular couch too, which makes for fun movie nights. Dishwasher in the kitchen, laundry is coin operated in the basement.

I'm kind of a clean freak so everything is extremely tidy. We would expect the same of whoever is staying. We're non-smokers and have no pets.

We've also found the apartment building to be extremely quiet. We never hear our neighbors tbh, but everyone is very kind and friendly.

Nearby: Radio bakery, Blue Light Speakcheesy, Rhythm Zero, Jubilee Market, Bar Americano, Taku Sando, etc.
