Greenpoint is the most magical space in Brooklyn, especially shines bright during spring/summer. This apartment is located between McCarren and McGolrick park.

It is on the first floor, towards the back of the building so it very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was just renovated so it feels clean and new... even a dishwasher. The game changer.

Projector in living room. Big closets in both bedroom and office.

Laundry mat is on the block (30 sec walk).

Price includes utilities and wifi.

I'm producer here in NY but I'm traveling a lot the next few months so I'm looking for someone to occupy my space in the meantime.

I love Greenpoint so much, and its community. I want to share this place who finds just as much joy in it. It really is just a peaceful space, especially during the tourist times of Manhattan coming up.
