My fully furnished apartment in Greenpoint is available while I’m away. Weekly timelines are flexible, and all utilities are included.
The space is very clean. It gets great natural light and has beautiful window views. It’s a railroad-style layout, so each room flows into the next. The kitchen is highly functional and thoughtfully designed, and all furniture and built-ins were custom designed and built by me. The living room is very comfortable, with a huge sofa.
The apartment is located on the second floor of an 8-unit building (stairs only). There is no dishwasher or in-unit washer/dryer, but a reliable laundromat I recommend is just one block away.
The location is unbeatable—on the same block as the G train, about a 10-minute walk to the water, and just a couple of blocks from McCarren Park. Within a five-minute walk, you’ll find endless food, restaurants, groceries, and shopping options. Greenpoint is truly my favorite neighborhood in Brooklyn.

I’m a furniture designer and have been living in NYC for the past seven years. I’ve spent the last three years renovating this apartment, so it’s a really special place to me.
I’ll be traveling while you’re staying here, but there’s a contact nearby if you need anything. The building is super friendly, and I love living here.

- Government-issued photo ID
- Security deposit (amount to be discussed)
- full rent before checking in. One week minimum.
- Cleaning fees $100 to be paid at check out.
- No Venmo. Zelle or wire transfer.
- You'll be asked to kindly leave the place clean (especially of any food scraps and trash).
No pets (we have allergies), no smoking, and no parties please. This apartment and everything in it are very important to me. Because of that, it’s important that I feel a sense of trust and care with whoever stays here. I’d love to connect a bit beforehand so we can get to know each other. We can figure out whatever feels easiest to do so.
