-My name is Chris, I'm an actor and have a slight preference for artists but open to anyone as long as they're happy to take care of the space and be respectful

-You'll be living with two other roommates: one tenant (man ~30s) & one other subletter. Both are neat and respectful of our little home, super friendly, keep things on the quieter side (not a party home). They both work a mix of at-home & in-office.

-We all pitch in to keep the place clean, water the plants, tidy the kitchen, etc. You'd be sharing one of the two bathrooms. Both are very clean!
