Hey y'all! I'm going out of town for the month of October on a work trip and am looking for someone clean and responsible to fill my lovely room in a house with the most amazing roommate.

Apartment is a one minute walk to the Greenpoint G stop and a 7 minute walk to the water with breathtaking views of the Manhattan cityscape. Coffee shops, restaurants, and shops just steps away in this trendy and charming location.

$500/week available for 3 weeks. Preferably looking for someone who will stay the whole time.

The apartment is two decent sized rooms (one will have roommate in it), one bath, and a decently sized and stocked kitchen. Please note there is no living room.

Previous renters have loved the space and I'm positive you will feel the same!
