We are looking to sublet our apartment while we are in Brazil. It is a railroad style apartment with a large bedroom, alcove office, kitchen, and a den with a couch and tv. You will have your own empty closet in the bedroom.

Dates are somewhat flexible. You will need to sign a sublet agreement and pay a security deposit equal to one month of rent which will be returned on Nov 30th or at the end of the sublet.

The apartment is a 2 story walkup, fully furnished, hardwood floors, no elevator, hardwood floors, no washer or dryer. The wifi is FIOS and works really well and great for working from home.

We are looking for a quiet, respectful, professional to enjoy our apartment while we are away. No smoking.

About This Lister

We work in media and have an apartment in São Paulo where we try and spend some time each year. We have lived in a lot of places in New York, and this neighborhood is definitely one of our favorites. Andreia is an artist and the apartment has a lot of it hanging on the walls. We both work from home and the internet is really good for that.
The landlord knows we are subletting and we have a good relationship with them.
