Located: On the cross streets of Rossmore Ave. and Clinton St.

Location is as central as it gets in Los Angeles! Building is located in a stunning residential neighborhood with lots of families and beautiful homes + gardens. Walking distance is Larchmont Village which is full of restaurants, cafe’s, and shops. To the North is Hollywood. 5 min walk is Vons grocery store right on Vine and Melrose. I love walking to the Forever Cemetery and seeing the peacocks, turtles, squirrels, cats, ducks, and plant life.

Accessibility: Working elevator, apartment is on 4th floor (I personally love to get my steps in).

Layout: Walk into the space and to the right is a large adjustable sit/standing desk. To the left is the chalk wall. The center of the room is open, I love to practice yoga, dance, and do craft projects in this space. The bed is located in front of the right window facing north. In front of the left window is a beautiful alter of plants that is separated from the bed by a gorgeous gold leaf hand painted space divider. To the left of the bedroom you enter into the dining room/kitchen. I have a white circular kitchen table with three chairs. Kitchen is quaint, has a vintage stove with operating burners, large fridge, a small multi-functional convection oven, water filter, cabinets with cleaning supplies and kitchen wear. To the right of the bedroom is the bathroom. It is original tile and mirror, has a very vintage feel. To the right of the bathroom is a closet with plenty of space for hanging clothes + drawers for clothing/storage as well. Overall the apartment is very minimal, white walls, except for the kitchen where I have dedicated the W facing wall to framed artwork.

Ideally looking for someone kind, respectful, creative to bring positive energy into the space and building. Also someone who would be willing to speak loving words to my plants while I am gone. The space is kept clean and tidy I intentionally love it to be minimal and cozy.

I am a creative; DJ, performing artist based out of Los Angeles. Moved to LA 5 years ago from NYC. This space is my apartment, I live alone and my name is on the lease. This space has been really good to me and I love living in this building + neighborhood.

Technically not supposed to sublease the apartment, but a large majority of the folks in my building are artists and have an agreement with “friends” visiting and watching over the space. This is an important piece if you are interested in renting, I want to make sure you feel comfortable saying that your are house sitting while I’m on a trip for the unlikely reason some one would ask.
