A serene, light filled and spacious one bedroom/studio with super high ceilings that makes it feel loft like. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, laundry, storage space, lots of extra linens and organic cotton towels, and fast wifi if you plan to work from home. The unit is the bottom half of a duplex with its own private front yard oasis and entrance. I live in the unit upstairs.

The house is tucked away on a quiet street in a very walkable neighborhood. Only a short stroll to Sunset Junction, Silverlake Erewhon, Intelligentsia, Tartine, Cafe Stella and Black Cat.
