About This Lister
I'm a musician and work remotely as a copy editor for a publishing house.
My space is cozy and simple. I keep it very clean but it's an older home, so expect a little character ;)
My neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves, but we have a friendly relationship. My cottage is set back off the road, so my neighbors and I share a driveway and our little homes are side by side (with about 15 feet between).

It's very important that I find someone quiet and respectful to tend to my cozy spot while I'm on the East Coast. My landlord's family lives on premises, so if you're hoping to have guests or have a louder lifestyle, it's probably not the best fit.
I'll put together a simple sublease agreement for the month and would love to FaceTime (or meet in person if possible) :)
