I’m subletting my charming cabin for the month of June, with some flexibility on exact dates. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay for the full month while I’m working on a project in NYC.

Built around 1910 as part of the historic Maverick Art Colony, this home is full of character, warmth, and artistic charm.
The cabin features:
*2 upstairs bedrooms, Kitchen and bathroom downstairs
Spacious porch with a BBQ grill
Wifi and AC
Comfortable setup for working remotely or using as a home office
Location:
5 minutes from Woodstock
28 minutes from Kingston
Close to swimming holes and hiking trails
Pricing:
$3,000 for the full month
or
$750/week + $150 cleaning fee.

If you’re based in NYC and interested in an apartment swap,
