Short walk to multiple trains (2/3/F/G/A/C/4/5), a cute local park, and the waterfront where you can catch the ferry. Cobble Hill has so much to offer in terms of cafes, dining, shopping, bars, bookstores, and there's even a cinema around the corner!

It's a 4th floor walk up and the place is discounted in consideration of cat sitting and a little plant care (non-negotiable). Orion is a friendly cat who requires little more than food, water, and the occasional pet - you'll find him mostly sleeping in the sunlight and watching squirrels from the windowsill.
